These terms govern your use of the vincu.ai website, operated by tershouse d.o.o. — PJ BetaStudio, Sarajevo ("BetaStudio"). Using the site means you accept them. They cover the website only — access to the Vincu platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between BetaStudio and your institution.

The Vincu name, logo, the design of this site and its content belong to BetaStudio or its licensors. The brand assets on the brand book page may be used to refer to Vincu — for example in articles or partner materials — under the usage rules stated there. Any other reproduction requires our written permission. Third-party names and logos, including those of our customers, belong to their owners and appear with permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to breach its security, scrape it at disruptive volume, or use it to transmit anything unlawful.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BetaStudio is not liable for damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sarajevo.
